Before you begin

Ensure your USB or Expresscard device is unplugged from your PC or laptop. Click the download link below and the driver files will start downloading automatically. Unzip the downloaded driver folder and locate the 'setup.exe' file. Run the 'setup.exe' file and follow the instructions to complete the setup. When you plug the device into your USB, Windows will look for the associated driver, if it cannot find this driver then you will be prompted to insert the driver disc that came with your device. Update the device driver

  1. In the search box on the taskbar, enter device manager, then select Device Manager.

  2. Select a category to see names of devices, then right-click (or press and hold) the one you’d like to update.

  3. Select Search automatically for updated driver software.

  4. Select Update Driver.

  5. If Windows doesn't find a new driver, you can try looking for one on the device manufacturer's website and follow their instructions.

Reinstall the device driver

Installation Instructions
